Pivotal Therapy is a private group practice located in Coral Gables, Florida that uses evidenced based integrative therapeutic strategies to improve the quality of life from childhood to adulthood. Our practice focus on providing optimal personalize services to help achieve your goals.
Our Team
We are a group of Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Family Therapist, Behavior Analyst (BCBA and BCaBA), and Registered Behavior Technicians with the focus of providing quality and individualized mental health care. In Pivotal Therapy we strive to bring compassion, professionalism, and excellence to our sessions.

Our Vision
Through our commitment, dedication, and passion in our work we aim to alleviate psychological suffering, promote and increase sense of self and worth, lessen worrying and increase one's enjoyment of life. We seek to encourage increased functioning and satisfaction in different areas in the client's life such as relationships, work, and personal interest. While working with families we seek to strengthen emotional, communication, and support.
Our Approach
We understand not one size does not fit all and that each individual we work with is a unique individual composed their own family values, culture, belief, and personal identity. We honor and respect each person uniqueness when providing care and developing a treatment plan with each client. Treatment begins with a clear understanding and identifications of client's goals as we help the client nurture and discover ways to increase their well-being, promote healthier behaviors, and increase overall sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.
Our Founder
America Conde, BCBA, LMHC, QS
I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Qualified and the founder of Pivotal Therapy serving in Coral Gables and throughout South Florida. I have approximately 12 years, working with infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, and adults in Mental Health and ABA.
