Registered Behavior Technicians
Qualifications:
- Commitment to becoming certified and maintain the certification as an RBT through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- Enthusiastic and energetic for the field of ABA and its impact on the lives of their client(s)
- Willingness to take direction and feedback from supervisor(s)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents
- Must have reliable form of transportation for session conducted in various setting depending on the clients needs (e.g., school, home, community)
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills
- Education: minimum requirement is a high school diploma, bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in university (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Working 1 to 1 with client in the home, school, and community setting as approved by supervisor
- Implement the treatment plans created by the Clinical Supervisor
