Registered Behavior Technicians

Qualifications:

Commitment to becoming certified and maintain the certification as an RBT through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
Enthusiastic and energetic for the field of ABA and its impact on the lives of their client(s)
Willingness to take direction and feedback from supervisor(s)
Experience working with children and/or adolescents
Must have reliable form of transportation for session conducted in various setting depending on the clients needs (e.g., school, home, community)
Strong time management and interpersonal skills
Education: minimum requirement is a high school diploma, bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in university (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Working 1 to 1 with client in the home, school, and community setting as approved by supervisor
Implement the treatment plans created by the Clinical Supervisor
